Are you ready for some fun yet? Remember, "All work and no
play makes Jack a dull boy". So mark your calendar! On
February 17th, The Irving is presenting the coolest post-Superbowl
entertainment in town! They will be showing 7 independent
films that will make your brain happy that you ventured out.
If you don't go, you will miss out. Seven short films for $7
to enjoy a night of newly released, sexy, scary and unrated
independent films. The evening will also feature musical
performances by Joe Reeves and Chicago based band The Lowdowns!

Your Mission
Good morning. We understand that your are extremely busy with your studies, but we have an important mission for you. Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to return your renewal paperwork to the leasing office before March 31st in order to lock in the best rates available and secure your fabulous apartment for another year. If you should fail in this, you risk loosing the best place to call home and will be forced to seek inferior accomodations later. Do not be afraid. This communication will not self destruct. You still have time to accomplish this mission, but do not delay. Time is of the essence. Please contact the office for more details.
Water Usage for December
December Water Bill
We recently received the December water bill and have applied your
portion to your account (for those of you who were leasing in
December). The water usage is always for the month prior. When you
pay your February rent, please include $11.77 (December water usage)
with your rent payment. If you do not owe February rent, just pay
the water bill by February 1, 2012.
New Resident Assistant
Welcome Our New Resident Assistant!
Three cheers for Adam!! He has agreed to help us
with after hours calls regarding lockouts and noise issues. (Steve
can finally get a little rest.) If you find that you have locked
yourself out, or the neighbors downstairs are shaking your teeth
loose with their cd player, there is a new number to call!

| Service Requests ... Let Us Serve You We are here to help you with any maintenance issues you have during
business hours. We are here from 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday through
Friday and from 10:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays. Please come to the
office or call if you need anything! If you find that your shower is
more like a bath because the water won't drain, if your upstairs
neighbor is practicing clogging on your ceiling during the day, or
if you run outside in your pjs to grab the mail and leave your keys
on the kitchen table, we can help. Whatever it is, we can help get
it done quickly. (We are more than happy to share our chocolates
